Our renowned construction company is proud to present an ambitious renovation project of the historic country house located within the Donnafugata Golf Resort. This intervention combines the art of architectural restoration with modern techniques, preserving the authenticity and charm of a building rich in history. The main objective is to enhance the cultural heritage of the country house, making it a landmark in the beautiful Ragusa countryside.

Door Restoration and Traditional Flooring

A key element of the renovation is the restoration of the entrance doors, carefully executed to bring back the original beauty of the country house. At the same time, the external paving of the baglio was made using typical Modica stone paving slabs, worked by hand according to local traditions. This choice of materials not only enhances the historicity of the building, but also contributes to creating a cosy and authentic atmosphere.

Renovated Garden and Ragusan Style

The building's garden was restored with a selection of Mediterranean essences, further enriching the architectural context. The composition of the plants, similar to the work of a painter, creates a play of shades and colours that harmonises perfectly with the typically Ragusa style of the complex. This space is designed to be a place of tranquillity and beauty, where one can immerse oneself in the surrounding nature.

Construction of the SPA at the Donnafugata Golf Resort

Another highlight of the project is the realisation of the SPA within the resort. Covering an area of 900 square metres, the SPA includes an indoor pool, lounge area and sauna, designed to offer guests a true paradise of wellbeing and relaxation. Every detail has been thought out to create a luxurious experience, with beauty and body care treatment rooms finished with high quality materials and techniques.
